The inauguration of the Iraq–Italy Business Council (IIBC) marked a major milestone in strengthening bilateral economic ties between Iraq and Italy. The ceremony featured the ribbon-cutting of the IIBC headquarters in Baghdad, attended by Mr. Fabrizio Lobasso, Deputy Director General for the Promotion of Italy and Economic Internationalization at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ambassador of Italy, and distinguished representatives from the Embassy of Italy.
